Sometimes I feel like Wonder Woman ...

And sometimes I have to admit,
I am not.

This is one of those times.
I simply couldn't finish my Northern post,
although I tried mightily.

But I'll have it by next Friday!
So sorry ~ See you then!

  4. What? You aren't a year ahead in posts? The cat is shaking his little rhyming umm head at you now. Geez, no posts. Whatever will we do.

And hey, at least you don't feel like this, hopefully: http://bit.ly/2eSmuoc

  7. When I have a bad day...usually it's all related to my emotions, I feel like all I can do it lie in bed. I can't even think of being creative or writing. I hope you're doing okay. We'll all be here when you blog again! :)

    1. Hi, Rain! I'm feeling fine. Thanks for asking! I was just crunched by time ~ With bee removal, writing, packing up, traveling, unpacking, setting up in Victoria, and IWSG Day (went to bed at 4:20 am), I just couldn't get my post finished yesterday. One crazy week! LOL I could have had a day as a cheddar cheese in your cheese cave ~ would have worked restful wonders! Have a good one!

    2. Glad to hear it :) Oh, if you were one of my Cheddars, you wouldn't get much rest with me doting on you constantly lol! ;)

    1. Thanks, Linda! I wrote, wrote, wrote yesterday afternoon, but the ~!@#$% piece wouldn't come together. I took the wiser course, gave up, and watched the last quarter of the Patriots/Chiefs football game with Terry. Then went to bed, after having been up until 4:20 am the previous night. I'm getting too old to burn the candle at both ends. LOL Have a good one!

    1. What an unexpected and kind comment from you, Janie! I hope that you are safe this weekend. After Terry and I do things together in Victoria today, I'm going to be making the rounds and visiting ~ plus some more writing. We spotted some blue sky, and the sun is shining brighter. The weather has been good, but there is so much smoke from the western fires that it has been gloomy. I just heard the Coho's arrival (or departure???) from the US (or to the US???). Time to seize the day! Take care!

  11. If we could be Wonder Woman all the time, that would be great, but we're all human. I sometimes have so many posts planned and life take hold and I only get to one. It happens, but you know what? It's okay :) We'll look forward to your Friday post next week. Have a wonderful and relaxing weekend!

  12. Good luck to you and your endeavours. Sorry for your troubles. I sometimes have a sleep in the afternoon so am up late most nights: but I still get up early! Not a bad feeling to feel like Wonder Woman, and as you were a teacher, you no-doubt had your moments in the classroom. Blessings to you. See you soon.

Thank you. Love love, Andrew. Bye.

  15. You should be taking it easy my friend .

Trust me there is "good" hidden in each "late" if we don't let shake our faith in God .
you have your super powers but all powers have limits and conditions except the Creator who has limitless powers

Wait has it's own beauty and i can wait until the next time dear:)

    1. Hi, dear Baili! I have been taking it easy some of the time. Yesterday afternoon I took a long walk along the waterfront overlooking the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic Peninsula in the US. It's about 25 miles or 42 kilometers across the strait to Port Angeles in Washington State. There is a long breakwater sticking out into the water, and I love to walk to the lighthouse at the end. It was only a five mile (about 8 km) walk to the lighthouse and back to my hotel, but I spent several hours enjoying the sights and taking photos. I hope to do a quick post on it. It's another glorious day, so I'll be off with my camera again. I hope that you are having a great day, my poetic friend! Take care!

  17. Oh dear!
Fortunately it fluctuates and you'll feel a lot better soon!
A little secret.... it happens to me too especially when the weather is dire and I am stuck at home several days in a row... I go mad, feel depressed and I miss hubby more than ever.
Wish you were closer!!! You can't be much further from me, like my eldest son living in Australia with his kids!..... :(
    Gee!!... the planet is large!!!
Hope I cheered you a bit with a laugh, chin up my friend, better times are coming... that's my almighty prediction! LOL!!!!
