Christmas Fun and A New Year's Day Surprise

Happy New Year, Everyone!
I hope that you had a great time with your family and friends
during the holiday season, however, wherever you celebrate.

Terry and I enjoyed Christmas in the mountains in Breckenridge
with Terry's sister Noreen, her husband Cathal,
and their "children" Deirdre, Kevin, and Conor.
We've spent Christmas together many times over the years, and it's always special.

Now that the fun and excitement of Christmas are behind us,
I am ready to jump into the new year and decade!

And 2020 started off with a bang!
I checked my email and look what I found:

The cover for the IWSG's latest anthology:  Voyagers:  The Third Ghost.
I think the cover is visually striking, and I love how the lines
pull you into the center of the composition.
Congratulations to the artist for a great cover!

The anthology competition was tough, but ten authors emerged as winners.
Check the list.  I'm sure you'll recognize a name, or two, or ten!

The Third Ghost – Yvonne Ventresca
Winter Days - Katharina Gerlach
Feathered Fire – Roland Clarke
The Ghosts of Pompeii – Sherry Ellis
Dare Double Dare – Louise MacBeath Barbour
The Blind Ship – Bish Denham
A World of Trouble – Rebecca M. Douglass
The Orchard - Beth Anderson Schuck
Return to Cahokia – L.T. Ward
Simon Grey and the Yamamba - Charles Kowalski

I can't wait to read the anthology and discover what adventures
the young voyagers face on their journeys into the past.

Dancing Lemur Press/Freedom Fox Press releases
the anthology in print and as an Ebook on May 5, 2020.

I'll be preordering a copy for me as soon as I can.
Here's hoping lots of other people do too!
It's going to be a great read!

Till next time ~
